This class is perfect if you find getting out of the house to exercise difficult or want to improve your mobility and increase physical confidence from the comfort of your living room.
Join us for this exercise class with a twist. Designed for those that find getting out of the house to exercise difficult or want to improve their mobility and increase physical confidence from the comfort of your living room.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Lead by Ross, a qualified personal trainer who specialises in exercise for older adults, he has 16 years of experience and runs his own business.
Sessions will include squats, lunges, stretching and twisting. Exercise that can be done on a chair or standing up.
You will need to use a speaker phone or loud speaker on your phone to be hands free. You will also need a chair, strong long stick (broom, walking stick, brush or mop) and rucksack or bag with two full food cans.
