Join us for an afternoon all about food in our community. Find out what’s already happening locally, share ideas for what you’d like to see.

Saturday 25 September, 2 to 6pm

In the past year and a half we’ve shown we can respond and care for each other in times of crisis, but can we take action now to secure a better food future for all in the face of climate change and other challenges?

This will be a chance for neighbours to find out what’s already happening around food locally, share ideas for what they’d like to see, and draw on the experiences and knowledge of each other, local food groups and organisations like Incredible Edible, Feeding Bristol, Children’s Kitchen and FOOD Clubs to come up with plans that make sense in our patch.

Then it’s time to relax and celebrate Great Big Green Week with a free veggie feast of Jamaican, Somali and Indian food provided by Cafe Conscious, Somali Kitchen and Nirmal from Felix Road kitchen!

Part of the Community Climate Action Project. The Community Climate Action project is coordinated by Bristol Green Capital Partnership and funded by the National Lottery’s Climate Action Fund.
