Felix Nights offer playful evenings for 11 to 14-year-olds
Felix Nights, a group for older children at the playground. The Felix Road team recognised a need for a slightly different provision for those aged 11 to 14 and after taking a break the group has grown from strength to strength.
The sessions are led by the beautiful Del and Gemma on Wednesday evenings after our open sessions. As well as just hanging out and doing their own thing, individuals have the opportunity to work on specific projects too.
Del gives us an insight into the group and their plans for the future. “Since opening in the summer of 2020, our evening sessions have been well attended by local young people in the community who had little provision previously aimed at their age group in this area. In the future, we are planning a series of graffiti workshops and will be delivering arts and craft activities and increasing our indoor activities such as music workshops.”
