Join us in the morning with a cup of coffee and learn how to make a traditional Somali flatbread called Sabaayad. We will follow Asma’s recipe and learn how to make something new that can enrich our culinary experience but this session is also a chance to come together, meeting neighbours you may not have a chance to meet and lift winter gloom with others.
You will need:
3 cups of plain flour
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup of warm water
half cup of melted butter
