Please join Marcia Walker on Wednesday 16 December 10:30 to 11:30am for a revitalising ‘Movement and Mindfulness for Wellbeing’ session, featuring the 18 simple forms of ‘Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi’ of which Marcia is an instructor.
One of the main benefits that Marcia received while learning these focused and gentle exercises were that her creativity began to flow, resulting in a recently published self-development book. It also helped with managing anxiety and has given her a way to control her breathing resulting in sounding calmer and clearer while speaking on the radio. Marcia is a volunteer community radio presenter for BCFM93.2, regularly sharing her health and wellbeing tips. Marcia also found that her flexibility and vitality improved.
All you will need for the session is comfy clothes, safe space with access to Zoom. Have a glass of water nearby and mobile phones off, please. The exercises cater for all ages and abilities.
