Join instructor Sunita Sunnak for this women only course for overs 50’s.

Tai Chi, Shibashi form is slow and easy, 18 movements practised either standing or sitting. It focuses on muscle control, stability, balance and flexibility.

£2 per session.Please note that this class is run as a hybrid class with the instructor teaching via Zoom. This class does not run on Bank Holiday Mondays.
