Therapeutic Chair Yoga is perfect for people with restricted body mobility due to disability, injury, aging, Multiple Sclerosis, Arthritis, Chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, anxiety, chronic pain and more. This is a drop-in session, there is no need to pre-book. This session is open to adults of all ages and abilities.
