Busy Minds Hub is an adult workshop designed to boost mental wellbeing creatively. It is a relaxed space to create and connect with others.
What’s happening? Each session, we’ll explore an easy-to-follow craft to spark your creativity. Feel free to bring your own projects to share with the group too!
Who is it for? This is a relaxed group for adults of all abilities
What will we be doing? Each week there will be space for you to learn a new easy to follow craft and bring your projects along if you want to chat with the group about it.
