About the Role

As a Playworker, you will bring ideas, enthusiasm and a sense of fun to every session. You will support children and young people to lead their own play, encourage participation and help maintain a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the gates.

  • Support safeguarding and promote wellbeing
  • Confidently challenge behaviour that affects others

The role is active and outdoors throughout the year, so you will need to be physically and emotionally resilient, ready to work in all weathers and comfortable in a lively and sometimes unpredictable environment.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking someone who lives their values every day. Integrity, honesty, inclusion and kindness matter here. You will be warm, approachable and culturally aware, with the confidence to use your initiative and the creativity to bring new ideas to life.

Most importantly, you will believe in the power of play.
