Advice Drop-In (Money Guidance & Peer Support)

Description:
Get free money guidance and peer support at this weekly drop-in session. Open to anyone who would like help managing finances or wants to talk through money-related concerns in a supportive environment.

Please note: fuel vouchers
Before a fuel voucher can be issued, the client will need to provide proof of fuel poverty.  This could be either:

•  A screenshot of their energy app on their phone, showing that they are in emergency credit, or about to run out of credit (under £5 before a weekend, for example).
  OR
• A photo of their prepayment meter, showing that they are in emergency credit, or about to run out of credit as above, with them holding up a piece of paper next to it with today’s date written on it. Both the date and the credit reading must be in the same picture, to avoid people sending historic pictures of £0 credit.
