Enjoy a gentle and welcoming Tai Chi session suitable for all ages and abilities.

When: Mondays 10.30am – please check (see below info)
Cost: £2 per person
Booking: No need to book, but registration and sign in on arrival is essential.

About the Session:
Join our weekly Tai Chi class with Geof. This mixed-level session is open to everyone.

Tai Chi (Shibashi form) is a slow, easy-to-follow practice with 18 movements that can be done standing or seated. It focuses on improving muscle control, stability, balance, and flexibility.
These sessions are organised and funded by Eastside Community Trust, keeping them low cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to changes happening within Eastside (summer hols and renovations) the Tai Chi classes are going to be interchangable between Felix Road Adventure Playground, and Easton Community Centre. Timings are also going to vary over the next few weeks.

Confirmed currently is:

Monday 10th Aug – 10.30am – 11.30am – Easton Community Centre – Mixed session only
Monday 17th Aug – 10.30am – 11.30am – Easton Community Centre – Mixed session only
Monday 24th Aug – 10.30am – 11.30am – Easton Community Centre – Mixed session only
Monday 31st Aug – NO SESSION due to bank holiday
Monday 7th Sep – 1.30pm ladies only, 3.30pm mixed session.
Monday 14th Sep – Monday 19th October  – Moved to St Annes Church due to buildings works closure for 6 weeks. Please contact Geof on gfnwmn@gmail.com for more information about these sessions.
