Come for some mindful movement and pranayama breathing exercises (ancient Indian breathing techniques).

Suitable for beginners.

Breath can be our friend… to ease into sleep, to reduce feelings of worry, anxiety or stress, to lighten the weight of pain and to step into the next day brighter and calmer. Befriending our breath and improving it can help our immune systems manage asthma, COPD, Long COVID and other health conditions better and make activity and exercise feel more possible and enjoyable.
