Menopause drop-in
Last Monday of the month, 6 to 7pm
Easton Community Centre
Menopause drop-In is an informal and supportive gathering where individuals can come to discuss and learn about menopause in a relaxed setting. The session is facilitated by menopause coaches or health professionals who offer insights into managing symptoms, navigating changes, and understanding the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of menopause.
Hereโs what to expect:
- Open Discussions: The session provides a safe space to talk about menopause, share experiences, and ask questions. Whether you’re just beginning to experience symptoms, are well into menopause, or supporting someone who is, this session is for you.
- Expert Guidance: The session is usually facilitated by menopause coaches or health professionals who offer insights into managing symptoms, navigating changes, and understanding the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of menopause.
- Resources and Advice: Attendees can receive practical advice on topics like managing hot flashes, sleep disturbances, emotional well-being, and lifestyle changes. There might also be information on relevant products, treatments, and support services available.
- Community Support: Itโs an opportunity to connect with others who are going through similar experiences, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding.
The aim is to provide a welcoming environment where people can drop in as they need, without any pressure or formal structure, to get the information and support theyโre seeking.
