Tai Chi for women 50+

Join instructor Sunita Sunnak for this women only course for over 50’s.
Tai Chi, Shibashi form is slow and easy, 18 movements practised either standing or sitting. It focuses on muscle control, stability, balance and flexibility.
£2 per session. This class does not run on Bank Holiday Mondays.
Funded by the Eastside Community Trust Endowment Fund 2024 and run by volunteer instructor Sunita.
